Our Story
PrettyFemboy started with a simple frustration: cute panties exist everywhere, but none of them are made for the male body.
If you've ever tried wearing women's panties, you know the problem. The front is flat. Everything gets squeezed, shifted, or pressed into shapes it wasn't meant to be in. You either tuck — which is uncomfortable — or you just accept that it doesn't fit right. Neither option feels good.
We thought: why should looking cute mean being uncomfortable? Why can't there be panties with lace and bows and all the pretty details — but with a pouch up front that actually gives you room?
So we made them. That's the whole story.
The Pouch Changes Everything
Every pair we make has a built-in front pouch. It's the one thing that separates us from every other "femboy panty" brand out there — and most of them are just relabeled women's underwear.
The pouch gives you room where you need it. No tucking required. The outside still looks cute — lace, satin, bows, prints, whatever the design calls for. But the inside is shaped for you. Same pretty panties. Completely different fit.
How We Design

We start with how it looks. Lace edges, floral prints, satin ribbons, embroidery — the design has to make you feel something when you see it.
📐 Fit second
Then we engineer the fit. The pouch, the rise, the coverage — everything is drafted for male anatomy. We don't take a women's pattern and add a pouch. We start from scratch.
🧵 Fabric matters
Cotton, modal, lace, satin — we pick the right fabric for each design. Lace styles always have a lined pouch so nothing scratchy touches your skin. Everyday styles use breathable cotton or modal.
✂️ Details count
Scalloped edges, tiny bows, pearl charms, ribbon tie-sides. The small touches make the difference between "underwear" and something you actually look forward to wearing.
Many of our pieces are handmade to order. That means longer production time on some styles, but it also means less waste and more care in every stitch.
