Discreet Shipping & Privacy
We know privacy matters. Every single order — no exceptions — ships in plain, unbranded packaging. Here's what that means:
📦 The box
Plain brown or white box, or poly mailer. No logos, no brand name, no product descriptions on the outside.
🏷️ The label
Return address shows a generic shipping name — not "PrettyFemboy." Nobody handling your package will know what's inside.
🧾 The packing slip
Inside the package: a simple packing slip with your order number. No product images, no marketing materials.
💳 Your statement
The charge shows as "PRETTYFEMBOY" or "SHOPIFY." For extra privacy, pay with PayPal or Shop Pay.
Shipping Costs
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
All prices include tax. No surprise charges at checkout or on delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal services. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays — orders placed during those times will ship the next business day.

After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Click "View your order" in that email to see real-time delivery updates.

📮 USPS showing "delivered" but no package?
USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Give it 2–3 more business days. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at support@prettyfemboy.com.

Within 3 hours of placing your order — free, no fee. After 3 hours but before shipping — a 5% processing fee applies.
Change shipping address
Free of charge before shipping. Email us as soon as possible.
Replacements & exchanges
Free of charge before shipment.

Cancel your order
Not possible once shipped. If you refuse delivery, a 20% cancellation fee applies.

A $10 processing fee applies after shipment.

Free of charge if requested within 14 days after delivery (unworn, original packaging).
