1. Pick your size. It is the only choice you make, so take it from the size guide rather than from what you wear in other brands.
2. Tell us what to leave out. Add a note at checkout — no thongs, nothing sheer, no prints, a colour you cannot wear. We work around it where we can.
3. We pack three pairs. Drawn from our handmade range. Order more than one box and you will not get the same pair twice.
4. It ships plain. Same unbranded packaging as every other order.

Styles are random and cannot be requested. Anything from our handmade range may turn up, including sample pieces our seamstress has made. If there is a style you specifically want, buy that style on its own instead.
These are handmade pieces. Slightly uneven lace, small differences between prints, and a 1 to 3 cm variance between pairs are normal here — they come with handmade rather than instead of quality.
Boxes may include pieces with very light marks. A faint spot or a tiny mark from the workroom turns up occasionally. It does not affect how a pair wears or looks on. If you would rather not take that chance, buy individual styles instead of a box.
If something arrives genuinely faulty, write to us. A hole, a broken seam, a pair that will not fit the size ordered — email support@prettyfemboy.com with a photo and we will sort it out. Your statutory rights are not affected by buying a blind box.
How to Wash and Care for Your Femboy Panties

Hand wash only. Cool water, 30°C/86°F max, 1 to 3 minutes. Never wring, twist or scrub, and no bleach.
Skip the machine. No washer, no dryer, no hot water — a gentle hand rub does the trick.
Dry with care. Gently press the water out and reshape. Keep away from sun and radiators.
Hang in the shade. Air-dry vertically in a breezy, shaded spot.
Wash each pair on its own the first time — a box can hold both pale and deep colours, and deep dye bleeds.
