A string thong stripped back to the essentials: thin elastic strings at the hips and a small soft panel at the front, printed with tiny prints you would not expect to find on men's underwear — strawberries on gingham, little dogs on blue stripes, bears, roses, ditsy flowers. Seven of them. The front panel is a real pouch shaped for the male body — which is the whole reason a thong this small is wearable at all. The fabric is cotton lycra or Lenzing modal depending on the print, so what sits against you is soft and breathable rather than synthetic. Fabric by print: Striped Dog and Gingham Strawberry are cotton lycra. Rose Bear, Bow Bear, Ditsy Floral, Little Bear and Green Floral are modal, with the Lenzing modal prints feeling the softest of the group.
Cut: low rise, thin elastic strings at the hips, pouch panel at the front, string back. Tonal elastic and a small bow on most prints.

How to Wash and Care for Your Femboy Panties

Hang in the shade. Air-dry vertically in a breezy, shaded spot.
Lay it flat to dry rather than hanging it by the strings — thin elastic stretches out of shape if it carries the weight of wet fabric. Prints fade in direct sun, so keep it shaded.

Yes. Even at this size the front is a pouch shaped for the male body — not a flat triangle. That is what keeps it comfortable instead of compressing everything.
How much does it actually cover?
Less than any other style we make. The sides are thin strings and the back is a string; the front is the pouch panel. If this is your first thong, our wider cotton thongs are the gentler place to start.
Do the strings dig in?
They are soft covered elastic rather than bare cord, and because they sit on the hip bone there is very little pressure. If they feel tight, size up — with no waistband, the hips are what decide the fit.
Cotton or modal — which print should I pick?
Cotton lycra (Striped Dog, Gingham Strawberry) feels more like everyday underwear. Modal (the bears and florals) is thinner and silkier against skin. Both breathe; modal is the softer of the two.
Can I get more room or coverage at the front?
